wow.
i have to say that after the crazy relay on sunday, my legs were a little sore but feeling ok for practice…so i thought! mondays practice was 2 hours long…more like 2 and a half with some sweet talking from aaron. it was a killer practice, starts, 10 lappers, and THAT relay…intense. we should figure out a name for that relay…it hurts so much that it really disserves and name, no… demands a name.
i left practice tired as hell and wondering how i was going to feel in the morning. the answer was that i felt pretty good considering what i had done the 2 days prior. it helped a little that i was unable to attend Short track practice last night because of the weather. i took time to rest, catch up on some much needed sleep, ready for tonights practice!
i hope we dont do THAT relay. lol
